11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Online DevTools.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the dispute through applicable legal channels as set forth in Section 11 above. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in urgent or extraordinary circumstances.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
